Assessment & Testing Top Coat 1 Ventury Tank Structure PT. Krama Yudha Ratu Motor - East Jakarta

PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor is a factory part of the Krama Yudha Mitsubishi Group, as a Mitsubishi vehicle assembly plant in Indonesia, located in East Jakarta. In the factory there is a painting booth under which there is a ventury tank. This ventury tank functions as a water reservoir to hold the remaining paint from above. The ventury tank at PT KRM is shaped like a tub which is located under the ground measuring 6.4 x 27 meters. On the walls of the tub were found seepage of water from the ground. The cause of these water seepage is not certain whether the cause is from cracks or cavities from the concrete. With these considerations, to ensure the condition of the structural elements in good condition or not, it is necessary to conduct a test on the structure of the building. Therefore, the structure of PT Krama Yudha Ratu Motor’s Top Coat 1 Ventury Tank requires a full structural inspection (Forensic Assessment including NDT Testing and Structure Analysis). Dynamic Load Test Crusher House PLTU Sektor Ombilin - Sawah Lunto

The PLN Crusher House building in Sawah Lunto, Padang has long been established and operated. This building is a building located in the PLN Sawah Lunto area. Due to the increasing need, the Crusher House building structure was strengthened, followed by the replacement of the Crusher Machine with a greater tonnage load than before. Then PT Graha Survey was assigned to carry out a Dynamic Load Test with the aim of evaluating the effect of machine vibrations with structural reinforcement in the field.

Sinjai Pharmacy building is still under construction. Tanah Abang Office Building is a building located on Jl. Tanah Abang II No.43, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. This building consists of 5 floors, and has 1 basement. This office building has recently changed ownership, and the new owner, namely PT CBP, will carry out a total renovation of its architecture, especially on the roof floor which initially functions as a roof and will be used as a room. To ensure that the building is safe after architectural renovation is carried out, the building needs to be thoroughly evaluated and certified in the form of a Certificate of Acceptability (SLF) by the Local Government. The Sampoerna Area Karawang Office Building has 4 Areas, namely Primary white (PP white), Secondary Primary White (SPM), Primary Processing (PP Kretek), Secondary Processing (SKM). The assessment at Kebon sirih clock tower or commonly known as the MH Thamrin clock tower Monument is a four-way intersection located in the center of Jakarta, stretching from the HI Roundabout at the southern end to the roundabout near the Arjuna Wijaya Statue of Jakarta at the northern end.

This assessment is part of the Phase 2 MRT preconstruction project, where under this clock tower a Thamrin MRT station will be built.
