The Lais Bridge has undergone a change in the use of the bridge function, which was originally a bridge between cities into a bridge that functions as one of the toll road accesses, making the background that the Lais bridge requires testing action. The purpose of the test is to obtain information about the actual condition of the existing bridge structural elements by conducting a special inspection, namely the Loading Test. For this reason, PT. Graha Survey Indonesian commissioned by PT. Waskita Tbk to test the Lais bridge to find out what the condition of the bridge is like.
The purpose of this inspection is to determine the bridge’s reaction to the load according to the plan. While the purpose of this activity is to obtain the results of the bridge response to the test load.
The objectives of this activity are:
- Obtain information on the condition of structural elements from visual inspection.
- Evaluate the conditions of the results of visual inspection and loading tests.
- Suggestions based on the results of visual inspection and loading tests.
