Office Building & Warehouse area of PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. Lhokseumawe – Aceh has long been established and operated. With consideration because the Lhokseumawe area is included in the Earthquake Prone Area, therefore to ensure the condition of the structural elements is in good condition or not, it is necessary to test the structure of the building. Therefore, the Office & Warehouse Building area of PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. Lhokseumawe – Aceh needs a full structural inspection (Forensic Assessment includes NDT and DT Testing and Structural Analysis). This is very necessary in order to know the actual condition of each element of the building structure. The tests carried out are special examinations in the form of visual examinations, Non Destructive Test (NDT) and Destructive Test (DT) examinations as well as structural analysis based on the results of field data. PT Graha Survey Indonesia is assigned to carry out the inspection with the aim of evaluating the area by conducting assessments and testing to be able to provide recommendations for appropriate treatment.
The purpose of this inspection is to identify the actual condition of the building structure. Meanwhile, the purpose of this activity is to get a picture of the actual condition of the structural capacity in the field.
The objectives of this activity are :
- Obtain information on the condition of building elements by conducting visual inspections and special inspections,
- Obtain information on the condition of structural elements as building initial data
- Get an evaluation of the results of building structure testing
- Provide recommendations based on the results of engineering evaluation.
