Tanah Abang Office Building is a building located on Jl. Tanah Abang II No.43, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta. This building consists of 5 floors, and has 1 basement. This office building has recently changed ownership, and the new owner, namely PT CBP, will carry out a total renovation of its architecture, especially on the roof floor which initially functions as a roof and will be used as a room. To ensure that the building is safe after architectural renovation is carried out, the building needs to be thoroughly evaluated and certified in the form of a Certificate of Acceptability (SLF) by the Local Government. Evaluation is carried out in the form of tests which function to determine the performance of the structures being tested. The tests carried out are special examinations in the form of visual examinations, Non Destructive Test (NDT) and Destructive Test (DT) examinations as well as structural analysis based on the results of field data. PT Graha Survey Indonesai is assigned to carry out the inspection with the aim of evaluating the area by conducting assessments and testing to be able to provide recommendations for appropriate treatment.
The purpose of this inspection is to identify the actual condition of the building structure. Meanwhile, the purpose of this activity is to get a picture of the actual condition of the structural capacity in the field.
The objectives of this activity are:
- Obtain information on the condition of building elements by conducting visual inspections and special inspections,
- Obtain information on the condition of structural elements as building initial data
- Obtain an evaluation of the results of building structure testing
- Provide recommendations based on the results of engineering evaluation.
