

PT.Pertamina (Persero), located in Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia, was formerly the State Oil and Gas Mining Company. PT.Pertamina is a BUMN that is tasked with managing Oil and Gas Mining in Indonesia. Pertamina ranked 122nd in the Fortune Global 500 in 2013. Pertamina once had a monopoly on the establishment of gas stations in Indonesia, but the monopoly was abolished by the government in 2001. The company also operates 7 oil refineries with a total capacity of 1,051.7 MBSD, a petrochemical factory with total capacity of 1,507,950 tons per year and LPG plants with a total capacity of 102.3 million tons per year. Pertamina is a joint product of Pertamina and Permina which was established on December 10, 1957. This merger took place in 1968. PT.Pertamina (Persero) RU V Balikpapan has implemented an integrated management system such as ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 and many other certifications . This was done by PT. Pertamina (Persero) in order to eliminate and minimize risk. Thus creating comfort and security in aspects of Quality Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSEE). PT Pertamina (Persero) in collaboration with the Directorate General of Training and Productivity Development of the Ministry of Manpower and the Government of East Kalimantan Province held a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) program in the form of training for 5000 local workers who have the potential to become prospective oil refinery development projects (Refinery Development Master Plan Program / RDMP) at Refenery Unit V Balikpapan, East Kalimantan. After RDMP, Balikpapan’s RU V processing capacity will increase 100,000 barrels of crude oil per day or increase 38 percent from the previous 260,000 barrels per day to 360 thousand barrels per day. RDMP Balikpapan will also increase gasoline production by 38 percent or 100,000 barrels per day while reducing imports by up to 20 percent. In addition, solar products increased by 23 percent or 30,000 barrels per day which simultaneously reduced the import portion by 17 percent, LPG increased by 800 percent or 930,000 tons per day, and produced propylene new products by 230,000 tons per year.
The purpose of the test is to obtain information about the actual condition of the existing jetty structural elements by conducting a visual inspection and special inspection. It is necessary to know the actual condition of the jetty structure after its service life as a reference for preliminary data and to obtain evaluations and recommendations for proper handling of the jetty structure based on the test results.
The purpose of this examination is to identify the actual structural conditions and elements of the Jetty. While the purpose of this activity is to get recommendations for proper handling of the building structure.
