PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida, or commonly known as “Askrida”, was established by the government of the Republic of Indonesia as a state-owned company (BUMN) that offers insurance protection against all risks and losses, especially for government buildings and other government-owned assets. This company is a national insurance company, which was established on December 2, 1989 under the legal entity Raharti Sudjardjati, SH, and with the approval of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (based on government decree No. KEP.192 / KM.B / 1990, dd. March 14, 1990).
The tests carried out are special examinations in the form of visual examinations, Non-Destructive Test (NDT) examinations and structural analysis based on the results of field data. PT Graha Survey is assigned to carry out the inspection in order to evaluate the area by conducting an assessment and testing to be able to provide recommendations for proper handling.
The purpose of the examination is to obtain information on the condition of the elements of the existing building by conducting visual inspection and special inspection. This is needed to determine the actual condition of the building structure as a preliminary data reference and to get the actual conditions in the field.
The other purpose of this inspection is to identify the actual structural conditions and building elements. While the purpose of this activity is to get recommendations for proper handling of building structures.
The objectives of this activity are:
- Obtain information on the condition of building elements by conducting visual inspections and special inspections,
- Obtain information on the condition of structural elements as building initial data.
- Get an evaluation of the results of building structure testing.
