Lhokseumawe &#8211; Aceh has long been established and operated. With consideration because the Lhokseumawe area is included in the Earthquake Prone Area, therefore to ensure the condition of the structural elements is in good condition or not, it is necessary to test the structure of the building. Therefore, the Office &amp; Warehouse Building\u00a0area of PT. HM Sampoerna Tbk. Lhokseumawe &#8211; Aceh needs a full structural inspection (Forensic Assessment includes NDT and DT Testing and Structural Analysis). This is very necessary in order to know the actual condition of each element of the building structure. The tests carried out are special examinations in the form of visual examinations, Non Destructive Test (NDT) and Destructive Test (DT) examinations as well as structural analysis based on the results of field data. PT Graha Survey Indonesia is assigned to carry out the inspection with the aim of evaluating the area by conducting assessments and testing to be able to provide recommendations for appropriate treatment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\">The purpose of this inspection is to identify the actual condition of the building structure.
