With the consideration that the LG (Carrefour Loading Dock) floor has damage to the floor plate, therefore to ensure the condition of the structural elements in good condition or not, it is necessary to test the structure of the building. Therefore, the structure of the LG Floor Plate (Loading Dock Carrefour) at Grand ITC Permata Hijau, Jakarta, needs a full structural inspection (Forensic Assessment including NDT Testing and Structure Analysis). This is very necessary to know the actual condition of each element of the LG Floor Plate (Carrefour Loading Dock) structure. The tests carried out are special examinations in the form of visual inspection, Non Destructive Test (NDT), Destructive Test (DT) and structural analysis based on the results of field data. PT Graha Survey Indonesia is assigned to carry out the inspection with the aim of evaluating the area by conducting assessments and testing to be able to provide recommendations for appropriate treatment. The purpose of this inspection is to identify the actual condition of the building structure. Meanwhile, the purpose of this activity is to get a picture of the actual condition of the structural capacity in the field.
