Assessment & Testing of Pharmacy Installation Building District. Sinjai, South Sulawesi

Sinjai Pharmacy building is still under construction. Currently, the construction process of the building has been temporarily suspended due to defects in the beam, column and plate elements that have been cast. Therefore, to ensure the condition of the structural elements in good condition or not, it is necessary to carry out structural testing / inspection (including Non Destructive Test) on the building structure in order to find out the actual condition of the building. PT. Graha Survey Indonesia is assigned to carry out the inspection with the aim of evaluating the area by conducting assessments and testing to obtain actual data from the tested structures. The purpose of this inspection is to identify the actual condition of the building structure. Meanwhile, the purpose of this activity is to get a picture of the actual condition of the structure in the field. Structural Assessment & Testing Dolago and Palu Ii Bridge Central Sulawesi

The Dolago Bridge is one of the bridges located in Parigi, Mountong, Central Sulawesi. The bridge is a prestressed concrete bridge with 110 meters length, 70 meters main span length, and 14,5 meters width, constructed with curved concrete construction. Dolago Bridge uses Steel Pile with 30 cm diameter and 15 m depth. The bridge construction was carried out by PT. Brantas Abipraya with a contract period of 540 days (18 months) counted from July 3, 2013 to December 23, 2014. The Dolago Bridge connects Parigi Moutong and several districts in the Eastern Central Sulawesi region that previously collapsed with flash floods on August 12, 2012. The Dolago Bridge has a complete asbuilt drawing. Palu II Bridge is located on I Gusti Ngurah Rai street that connects South Palu and West Palu. The earthquake happened in Palu on September 28, 2018 destroyed thousands of buildings in Palu, Sigi and Donggala district, Central Sulawesi Province. One that suffered damage was Palu II Bridge. The damage that occurred was a crack in the bridge optrit. The other structure element such as retaining wall and wing wall are also damaged. The main building of the bridge was not damaged. The asbuilt drawing of Palu II Bridge does not exist. The function of periodic bridge assessment and testing is to analyze the actual condition of the structure, ensure the structure is accordance to the plan, and to give the best recomendation for the damage of the bridge. The advantage of periodic structural testing is to anticipate the suddenly structural failure and anticipate the structural maintenance cost. To identify the condition of existing bridges, various testing are needed such as visual test, non destructive test, and destructive test. Based on the case, PT. Graha Survei Indonesia conduct the assessment of Dolago Bridge and Palu II Bridge to know the actual condition of the bridges. The purpose of this examination is to identify the structural conditions and elements of the Bridge. The objectives of this activity are: To obtain information on the condition of the Bridge elements by carrying out detailed visual checks and special checks, To evaluate the conditions from the results of testing the structure and elements of the Bridge.
