As structures begin to age, assessments of buildings, bridges, jetties, dams, and industrial facilities become increasingly important. GSI engineers provide technical expertise to evaluate the condition of existing structures. Our structural engineering team is trained and equipped with high-quality testing instruments to perform non-destructive testing on steel, concrete, and composite materials.

We also conduct inspections and facility assessments to identify structural defects or deficiencies, such as concrete quality and steel structural conditions, as well as to evaluate the load-bearing capacity of existing structures. In addition, we ensure whether a structure is safe for use and determine the feasibility of any alterations, modifications, or extensions to the structure.
